How to Soft Reset BlackBerry Torch 9800
Instruction I
1. Turn the phone around. Remove its back cover and take out the battery.
2. Wait a few seconds and put everything back in its place.
3. Press the Power button and turn the phone back on.

1. Power up the phone.
2. Now press and hold these buttons: ALT & DELETE & RIGHT SHIFT.
3. Your phone should now restart.
