Hard Reset for Alcatel Pop 4S
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel Pop 4S.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel Pop 4S device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Hello. First, press and hold the Power key, which will turn the device off.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for a few seconds.
3. Release held keys when the Recovery Mode starts.
4. Press Recovery. Use Volume Up to scroll down and Power button to confirm.
5. Next, press Volume Down to choose wipe data/factory reset. Confirm with Power button.
6. Now select "Yes - delete all user data" by using Volume Down to scroll and Power key to select.
7. Recovery Mode menu will appear again. Select "reboot system now" to restart the device.
Instruction #2
1. Switch on the device by pressing the Power button.
2. Is the phone on? Then open Settings and choose Backup & Reset.
3. Next, select Factory data reset and choose Reset phone twice.
4. To begin the hard reset operation, please select Reset phone once more and then Erase everything.
5. Good shows, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
