How to put Alcatel Pop 4S in Fastboot Mode
1. Firstly turn off the device, and disconnect usb cable from the phone.
2. Switch on the phone holding the Volume Down button.
3. Reconnect the phone to the computer and let go of the Volume Down key.
4. Excellent! The fastboot mode just pops up on the screen.
