Hard Reset for BlackBerry 7730
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for BlackBerry 7730.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. BlackBerry 7730 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. First, turn on your phone.
2. Enter Options, go to Security and select the Set a password option.
3. Following any prompts that will appear, enter the wrong password ten times. Doing that will reset the phone. Done!
Instruction #2
1. Switch your phone on.
2. Go this way - Options > Security > Wipe handheld.
3. The phone will ask you to type in the word "blackberry. Do it.
4. Unless something is very much wrong, your phone will now reset. Good job.
