How to remove password at BlackBerry 7730
1. Switch on the cellphone in question.
2. You will be ask to enter the password. Enter an incorrect one.
3. Type in the word "blackberry" when asked to.
4. Continue doing that until the phone resets and returns to its factory settings. Well done.
