Hard Reset for BlackBerry 8707v
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for BlackBerry 8707v.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. BlackBerry 8707v device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Start by turning on the phone.
2. Now open the Options menu, then Security and then Set a password.
3. Set a password... incorrectly, and ten times in a row, too. This will cause the device to reset, removing all of its custom data.
Instruction #2
1. Hi. First of all, turn your phone on.
2. Now it is time to do some browsing. Go from Options > Security > General Settings to Wipe handheld.
3. The phone will now probably ask you to type in the word "BlackBerry". Your phone will now restart and return to its default settings. Awesome.
