How to put your Alcatel One Touch Star into Recovery Mode
1. To begin, turn off the cell phone.
2. Next, press and hold Volume Up and Power for a couple seconds.
3. Release Power Button when the Alcatel logo appears.
4. You now should be in the Recovery mode.
