1. First, press and hold the Power button.
2. Choose Power Off and tap OK.
3. Wait a moment.
4. Hold down the Power button again to turn the phone back on.

1. Take off the back cover and remove the battryy for a short while.
2. Afterwards, put the battery and the cover back in.
3. Switch the phone on by holding the Power button.
