How to Soft Reset Archos 50 Helium 4G
Instruction #1
1. Turn the phone off by holding down the Power button, selecting Power off and then Ok.
2. Do nothing for ten seconds.
3. Press the Power button again to turn the phone back on.

1. Take the battery out.
2. Put it back in place.
3. Turn the phone on.
