How to Soft Reset HTC 10
Instruction I:
1. Hold down the Power button in order to power down the device.
2. Press down the Power button & Volume Up button to power up the phone.
3. Unless you pressed the Power button wrong, your phone should turn back on. The soft reset is complete.
Instruction II:
1. Take off your phone's back cover and remove its battery.
2. After five seconds pass, put the battery and the cover back in its place and press Power button.
