How to Soft Reset HTC Snap
Instruction I:
1. Press the Power button. On the menu that will show up, choose the Power Down option.
2. After a few seconds, press the Power button again to turn the phone back on.
Instruction II:
1. Begin with some manual work. Carefully remove the device's back cover and battery.
2. Do nothing for five seconds and then put everything back in place. Press the Power button.
